Director of the clouds. (Disregard my wet and sandy bum)
Eric and I don't drink, but we've discovered a great place to take advantage of discounted strawberry smoothies at sunset. We spent a gorgeous Saturday evening here at the Pacific Islands Club Resort, and I'm looking forward to going back.
Wow! You could enter those pictures in a photo contest! So beautiful! In Cayman, that's all everybody did on the weekend nights...good old Happy Hour! We were the odd ducks. Once we went with some friends and ordered Sprite! (But a smoothie sounds better!)
P.S. Yes, get scuba certified! We didn't do until we only had a few months left on the island. We wish we'd done it sooner! We debated about it for the same reason (money), but we finally decided that we'd regret it later if we were in the tropics and never took advantage of it! It's AMAZING--a lot better than snorkeling! (But we did get a 1/2 off discount through Drostan's school, and it might be a lot more expensive down there, so maybe it's not worth it...but consider it!) And YES, we need to get Sheri on the blog train!
How do I know Stacey Lewis Baker you ask? Only from the coolest freshman dorm ever. We were neighbors our freshman year and had a lot of fun. How about you?
Small world! Staci's wonderful sister married my brother. And, strangely enough, she also lived with an old roommate of mine who happens to be an old girlfriend of Eric's. :)
$500 is probably pretty good for both of you. I think the rate in Cayman was about $300 for one person. See if you can't talk her down even more, but that sounds pretty reasonable!
Hi Cassie! It's Audrey (Staci and Sheri's sister in law). Love your blog! Holy smokes, I want to move to that island right now! It's beautiful, your photos are stunning! Sounds like you guys are having a riot!!! I'm so happy for you!
