Honn Reunion | Part 2

04 August 2011
Most of the Honn family lives in Idaho so some people may think it strange that we have "family reunions", but it's a fun excuse to get together and do something a little different. It's actually a new thing for our family that really just started last year. This year my sister Amanda was in charge, and we decided to go on a little road trip to the Thousand Springs Scenic Byway (near Twin Falls, about 2 hrs away from Boise).

We started the day with a (FREE) Stake Pioneer breakfast...
Sheri, our sister-wife...I mean, sister-in-law :)

Doing our best to make the newest in-law feel very uncomfortable. Sorry Tiff! (She's due any day now)

Fish Hatchery - Eric was trying to grab a massive steelhead and about got slapped in the face.
Big kids playing on the merry-go-round. (Picnic lunch at the park)
Twin Falls County Historic Museum

Shoshone Falls
Perfect lay-in-the-grass kind of day.

Jason and Tyler running to the port-a-potty to give it a good shake while Eric was inside.

Actually The name Was originally Hon we started in Pennsylvania, then Kentucky our name was Changed to Honn in Illinois by one of our ancestors that was a preacher because of the common use of hon being used by the rich and judges he wanted our family to stay modest anyway if your A Honn and not a Hon then your roots ended in Illinois before spanning out to idaho
